Common questions
Do I need to be there for the cleanout?
Not always. If the facility allows it and you share the gate code and unit number, we can clear the unit without you on site. Many customers just send access details and approve the estimate online.
What happens to everything you haul out?
We sort it. Anything still usable goes to local donation centers, and recyclable materials like metal and electronics are routed to recyclers. Only what cannot be reused or recycled goes to the landfill.
Can you take everything in the unit?
Almost. We are a U-Haul and box-truck startup, so we handle furniture, boxes, appliances, mattresses, and general clutter easily. We cannot take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, propane tanks, or oil, and we only take small, clean loads of construction debris.
How fast can you come out?
