What we can’t take

Common questions
Do you donate or recycle office furniture and electronics?
Yes. Usable desks, chairs, and fixtures go to donation when we can place them, and we recycle electronics, metal, and paper wherever possible. Keeping items out of the landfill is built into how we work.
Can you come outside of business hours?
We can. Many commercial cleanouts happen before opening, after closing, or on weekends so we don't disrupt your team or customers. Tell us your window when you book and we'll plan around it.
How fast can you get to my office?
We usually offer same-week availability across McKinney and North Dallas. Bigger jobs may need a little more lead time, especially if they take more than one truckload.
Is there anything you can't take?
We can't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, batteries, or fluorescent tubes. We're a U-Haul and box-truck startup, so we handle construction debris only in small, clean loads, not full demolition or heavy renovation waste.
Do I need to have everything sorted and ready?
No. We do the loading and the lifting. If a few items need to stay, just point them out when we arrive and we'll work around them.
