What we can’t take

Common questions
Do you guarantee my items get donated?
We route usable goods to donation and recycle what we can, but final acceptance is up to the receiving organizations and their condition standards. We do our best to keep your items out of the landfill, and anything that cannot be donated or recycled is disposed of responsibly.
Do items need to be in perfect condition?
No, but they should be clean and usable. Stained, broken, or heavily worn items often cannot be donated and may simply be junk we remove. Either way we will haul it; we just want to be honest about where it ends up.
Do I have to move everything to the curb first?
No. We are a full-service haul. Point us to the items wherever they sit, inside or out, and we carry them out and load them for you.
What can't you take?
We cannot take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, oil, or batteries. As a box-truck and U-Haul startup, we handle heavy construction debris only in small, clean loads. If you are unsure about an item, ask when you request your estimate.
