What we can’t take

Common questions
Can you handle a same-week move-out deadline?
Usually yes. We keep same-week availability open for exactly this reason. Book early in the week if you can, since end-of-month slots fill up fast around lease turnover.
What happens to everything you take?
We donate usable furniture, household goods, and working appliances to local charities and recycle metal, cardboard, and electronics whenever possible. Only what truly cannot be reused or recycled goes to the landfill.
Can you get furniture down from a third-floor apartment?
Yes. Our crew handles stairs and tight hallways. Just let us know the floor and any access details when you book so we bring the right help and plan the trip.
Is there anything you cannot take?
We cannot take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, motor oil, or propane tanks. We are a U-Haul and box-truck startup, so we handle heavy construction debris only in small, clean loads. If you are unsure about an item, ask us and we will tell you straight.
Do I need to be there during the cleanout?
It helps, but it is not required. As long as we have access to the unit and a clear list or photos of what goes, we can clear it out and confirm with you by phone or text when we are done.
