Construction Debris Removal for Small Jobs in North Dallas
Finished a remodel or small build and stuck with a pile of leftover materials? Good Haul clears small, clean loads of construction debris across McKinney, Collin County, and Denton County, then sorts what we can to donate or recycle. We run box trucks and U-Hauls, so we are built for renovation cleanup and small contractor jobs rather than full demolition.
What we take
- Drywall scraps and offcuts
- Lumber, trim, and baseboard
- Old flooring: tile, laminate, vinyl, and carpet
- Cabinets, countertops, and vanities
- Bathroom fixtures: toilets, sinks, and tubs
- Doors, windows, and old molding
- Broken-down pallets and crating
- Bagged dust, packaging, and general remodel trash
What we can’t take
We load and haul, so we don’t do demolition or teardown work (no hot tubs, sheds, or structures). For safety we also can’t take hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, fuels, propane tanks, or asbestos. Not sure about an item? Just ask when you book.
Three steps
Get your instant estimate
Tell us what the debris is and roughly how much at /estimate. You get an upfront, load-based price in minutes, no in-person walkthrough required for most jobs.
Book a same-week pickup
Pick a time that works. We confirm and show up in a box truck or U-Haul ready to handle a small, clean load on site.
We load, sweep, and divert
Our crew does the lifting and loads everything up. We take usable materials to donation and recycling outlets where we can, and tidy the area before we leave.
Pricing is by load size, based on how much space your debris takes up in the truck. Use the free instant estimate at /estimate for an upfront price that reflects current market and demand, so you know the number before you book. No surprise fees on pickup day.
You pay for the space you fill
Junk removal is priced by how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, not by the hour. The more it fills, the more it costs. You get an honest range online in about a minute, and we confirm the exact price free and on-site before any work starts.
A few items — a couch, a mattress, a small pile of boxes.
A cleared closet or a single room's worth of stuff.
About four couches, or a packed one-car garage.
A full garage, a small estate, or a whole-room cleanout.
Common questions
How much construction debris can you actually take?
We handle small, clean loads that fit safely in a box truck or U-Haul, which covers most single-room remodels and small contractor cleanups. We are not a roll-off dumpster or a full demolition service, so for large tear-outs or heavy structural debris a dedicated dumpster company is the better call. Send us your details on the estimate and we will tell you honestly if it is a fit.
Do you recycle or donate any of it?
Yes. We sort what we can and route usable materials like cabinets, doors, fixtures, and trim to donation and recycling outlets instead of the landfill. Clean cardboard, metal, and certain materials get recycled where facilities accept them.
Is there anything you cannot take?
We cannot take hazardous materials. That means paint, solvents, adhesives, sealants, asbestos, and similar chemicals stay with you. We also do not do demolition or remove debris that is still attached to the structure. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before booking.
Can the debris be heavy or just bulky?
It can have some weight, but it needs to be a small, clean load we can load by hand safely. Dense materials like concrete, brick, tile, and stone add up fast, so let us know quantities in your estimate and we will confirm what works before pickup day.
How soon can you come out?
We typically have same-week availability across McKinney and North Dallas. Get your instant estimate, pick a time, and we will confirm your slot.
